Hostel Details

We have a dedicated groups department who look after all group requests for our 28 Hostels in our chain. Our Dublin International Hostel is suitable for groups with over 280 beds in a range of single, twin, triple, 4 bed, and dormitory bedrooms. We have a large conference room suitable for up to 60 pax and a large restaurant where we can cater for full meal service for groups. Our Restaurant can seat up to 60 pax at any one time. In addition we have another small meeting room which is available to groups free of charge once they are staying with us. We are the only hostel is Dublin providing free coach and car parking facilities - something which can be expensive in Dublin. In addition we also offer an onward booking service and can help with bookings for any of our other hostels in our chain, airport transfers, meals, tourist attractions and days tours.

Driving directions from Dublin Airport to Dublin International Hostel, 61 Mountjoy St, Dublin 7

•At the Airport Roundabout take the 2nd exit, signposted (Dublin, Belfast) •At next roundabout, take the second exit and join the M1 motorway (signposted Dublin) •Continue straight on this road and this will bring you on to the Swords Rd (N1). •You will pass by Whitehall Church on your left and then the Home Farm Football Club grounds on your right •Keep going straight into Drumcondra and then onto Lower Dorset St •Once you get to Upper Dorset St, you will come to a junction with Mayes Pub/Guiness clock on your left hand side and a Spar shop on your right. You need to go straight through this junction and prepare to turn right at the next set of traffic lights. •You will turn right into a one way road with a large Church (The Black Church) in the middle of road, take the right hand side of the church to which you will come to another small set of traffic lights. •Turn right (but stay on the left side of the road) onto Mountjoy Street. •Dublin International Hostel is 100meters on the left hand side next to the orange brick church. •Parking is available within the hostel grounds. The Key for the carpark is available from the hostel reception for a €20 deposit.

Directions

Bus:	Zentraler Busbahnhof Dublin (Busaras), 1km - zu Fuß: Zur O'Connell Street laufen (Schildern oder Straßenbahngleisen folgen). Rechts in die O'Connell St. einbiegen und weiterlaufen bis die O'Connell St. beim Ambassador-Theater in die North Frederick St. übergeht, weiterlaufen bis wiederum die Nth. Frederick St. in die Blessington St. übergeht. Am Ende der Blessington St. beim Deli Suz Café links in die Mountjoy St. einbiegen. Die Jugendherberge liegt rechts (Hausnr. 61, umgebaute Kirche mit Konvent). Mit Nahverkehrsbus: Wegbeschreibung oben zur O'Connell Street folgen, Straße Richtung Hauptpost überqueren. Neben der Hauptpost ist ein McDonalds, vor Haltestelle der Linien 10 und 10a (Fahrpreis 1,05 -1,50 €, passendes Kleingeld bereithalten), an der 2. Haltestelle, Mountjoy Street Centra, aussteigen. Die Jugendherberge ist in dem alten Konvent mit Kapelle neben dem Centra links untergebracht.

Airport:	9km from Dublin International Airport (take Buses 41A/16A to Upper Dorset Street). Mountjoy St is parallel with Dorset St. From Dublin Airport get bus number 16 or 16 A. Get off bus on Dorset street near the 'TEMPLE' pub. Continue in same direction until you come to lights, cross the road and take a right onto Blessington street, continue until you come to a motor bike shop cross road and take left. You are now on Mountjoy Street, walk for 2 minutes we are a large grey building on the right hand side with steps leading up to a green door.
